Went For It

You guys!! I did it! I set up my booth in the resale shop today!!!

Look at this note that was waiting for me!

Welcome Note!

How sweet is that? I asked her if I could keep it! I’m going to put it in my art space.

Booth when we arrived:

window!!!

I added my things:

resale market booth shelf
part of another shelf
my trinket boxes
some shelf items

Here’s the whole thing. I feel so lucky to have that window. It brings a lot of light.

mine is the middle one, under the window

It’s done and I’m so proud of myself. After sitting for weeks in ‘I can’t decide,’ I did it.

Before I even went in there with my stuff, I was nervous! Can you imagine? It’s a shop in a tiny town. But, still, I had butterflies.

In the parking lot?

Nervous.

Standing in front of an empty booth?

Nervous.

Sure, I’ve done some craft shows before, but never a shop. A million what if’s tend to formulate when trying something new…

Instead of getting all caught up in them, I pushed right around them! I set it up, then took about 40 pictures. Ha ha!

One shelf is still empty, but I ordered some used jewelry books and magazines from eBay that I’m going to add, just to layer things up a bit.

I also found some cute vintage potholders that I’m going to put in there, too. Sort of a down-home old fashioned look. Warm and inviting is what I’m going for.

Thank you for supporting me on my post yesterday and for being here today. I really appreciate that!

I’m so glad I did this! How fun!

    1. Hi, thank you. Things just seemed to flow. I bet you’d like some of the booths. The ones around mine are very nice. We could probably find something for your bistro porch!

    1. Ah yes, the sparkle! We love the sparkle. ❤️ Thank you very much, Michele. I just wrote a post on my other blog. When I was putting things on the shelves, my momma’s favorite songs came on the radio in there. Divine timing. ❤️ Feels like fate- a step in the right direction, so to speak. Art wise.
