Junk Jewelry Love

Yesterday I decided to try something a bit different. I had bought a giant pink foam flower at an auction and was trying to find something to do with it.

As I normally do with necklaces and things, I took it apart, ha ha. Then, I glued it on a canvas and added the word ‘love’ in junk jewelry.

Recently, I got a decorative arched window at a dollar type store for $12. I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with that window for a couple weeks.

Today I held that canvas up to it, just to see what it would look like. I loved it, so I glued it on!

I think it would be really pretty in an entryway or bedroom. In the heart are the words, “you are strong.”

Less than 2 weeks left until the craft fair. Today, I’m also working on some other canvases. I’m trying to draw a mermaid… so we’ll see. Ha.

Hope you’re having a nice Monday!

    1. Hi, sweet one! How are you? Thank you very much. I just finished cutting up both of those huge flowers and am sitting with a pile of foam pink petals. So pretty. I may show up to that craft show with a bunch of pink flowers. Haha!
